Born and raised in the Westpark area, Rick knows and loves the west side of Cleveland. Rick has recently moved to Sheffield Village where he lives in a quiet neighborhood on a private lake and he loves to fish! Rick has been married for over 38 years and has two grown boys, one is a nurse, and the other is in the Air force. His family including four grand children keep him busy in his very few off days. Rick is a well rounded agent with a background in rehabbing distressed properties. He has extensive education in the fields of bank owned properties, short sales, home inspections, relocation and commercial real estate. Rick has the Relocation Specialist designation along with being a short sale specialist (SFR)!
