Jeff grew up in Avon and currently lives in Avon with his wife Colleen, who is an RN at Fairview hospital and their four kids 8 year old Maddy along with her 6 year old  brother Jack and another brother who is 3 years old, Colin.  Their youngest, Emily, is now just 3 months old!  Jeff is our expert in the market place and understands the different areas and values better then anyone! The sellers get an agent that can really pin point the perfect list price on a home, which leads to less market time and more money in the sellers pocket! Jeff works with a handful of real estate investors along with his own investment properties. He has a great understanding of what items cost and can see potential problems with a house that helps buyers make a safe and educated decision when purchasing a home. Jeff has his accreditation with Buyers(ABR) along with a specialty in short sales (SFR).
